The Wilderness Trilogy

Into the Wilderness

Into the Wilderness

'Into the Wilderness' is a vivid re-imagining of the Israelites' exodus from captivity in Egypt and the beginning of their new life as desert wanderers. The first book in an epic trilogy, 'Into the Wilderness' was a finalist in the Christian Indie Awards Historical Fiction category. It is told through the eyes of Joshua, a biblical figure best known as the warrior leader who travelled with Moses. Journey with Joshua into the wilderness; witness signs, wonders and miracles ...and have your courage tested to the limit as you join Joshua in battling the relentless forces of darkness.

Then There Were Giants

'Then There Were Giants' is the second book in the Wilderness trilogy. Told through the eyes of the warrior leader, Joshua, it centres around the Israelites' exodus from captivity in Egypt and the years they spent wandering in the desert in search of their promised land. Join Joshua and his fellow Israelites as they learn how to survive in the desert, experience the brutality of warfare, and face their greatest adversaries yet: giants!

Then There Were Giants

The Shining Men

'The  Shining Men' won the Christian Indie Award in 2006. In this book, Joshua leads his people into their promised land. This extraordinary warrior leader would see the sun stand still at his command and watch the mighty walls of Jericho fall. However, his greatest adversary would not be a Canaanite warrior or even a giant, but a harlot named Rahab who would capture his heart and turn his world upside down. This is the exciting conclusion to the inspiring story about the courage, humility and devotion of Joshua ben Nun as he completes his life-long mission and finds his place of eternal rest.
